This experiment is the first time in public demonstrating the "real regeneration operation" of a regenerative CHB drives under a negative torque situation, which is also what regenerative drive designed for. During negative torque, the voltage on the DC bus capacitor will increase quickly and may easily lead to an overvoltage given any control failure in tunning. Work on the protection systems before starting. Use at your own risk.
