This is dataset for the 3D nonlinear gain compensation characteristic table that is an integral part of the paper "Hybrid Overmodulation Strategy for Dual Two Level Inverters with Arbitrary DC Bus Voltage Distribution" submitted to IEEE Transactions on Transportation Electrification. The paper presents a crucial nonlinear gain compensation characteristic essential for real-time control applications. To validate the effectiveness of our approach, we conducted experiments using a custom inverter equipped with Gallium Nitride (GaN) transistors. These experiments included the implementation of straightforward volt/hertz control for an induction motor using the provided gain compensation function. The purpose of the data is to make the compensation function publicly availabe, since it is not possible to derive the dependence as a closed‑form expression which could be included in the manuscript.
