Abstract

The experiment is based on the open source RSRP data provided by Huawei Technologies Co., LTD. It measures RSRP of 415,244 signal receiving points in 180 dense urban communication cells.

Instructions:

The measured parameters are as follow:

Frequency band: 2585.0 MHz

Altitude 497.5~544.0 m

Building Height: 0~339 m

Transmitting Tower Height: 25.2~62.0 m

Vertical Downtilt: 9~13 Deg.

RSRP: -120.3~-51.0

Based on the location of base station of this cell, a 320 meters * 320 meters region followed the direction of antenna is gridded to represent effective coverage of the base station in this cell. Every base station in the dataset is fixed to locate in the grid $(0, 32)$. Each grid represents a 5 meters * 5 meters region.
