<p>A real world radio frequency fingerprinting (RFF) dataset for enhancement strategy by exploiting the physical unclonable function (PUF) to tune the RF hardware impairments in a unique and secure manner, which is exemplified by taking power amplifiers (PAs) in RF chains as an example. This is achieved by intentionally and slightly tuning the PA non-linearity characteristics using the active load-pulling technique. The dataset is collected from the cable-connected measurement and over-the-air measurement.

There are several non-idealities that can degrade magnetic Hall-effect sensors performance and impact related applications. Thus, a confidence weighted learning entropy (CWLE) is proposed as a fault-tolerant control strategy for field-oriented control (FOC) of permanent magnet synchronous machines (PMSM). It combines sensorless and sensor-based control, while capitalizing on their major advantages, such as operation from standstill and at lower speeds, fast dynamic response, and fault tolerance to encoder errors.

Radio Frequency (RF) signals transmitted by Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) are exploited as signals of opportunity in many scientific activities, ranging from sensing waterways and humidity of the terrain to the monitoring of  the ionosphere. The latter can be pursued by processing the GNSS signals through dedicated ground-based monitoring equipment, such as the GNSS Ionospheric Scintillation and Total Electron Content Monitoring (GISTM) receivers.

This dataset contains IQ samples captured over-the-air in six different locations in Gent, Belgium (UZ, Reep, Rabot, Merelbeke, iGent and Gentbrugge). Each location has unique data characteristics (e.g. different signal strength and noise levels) due to different physical signal propagations. As an example, these differences in two locations (top two and bottom two rows) are displayed on the spectrograms.

The millimeter-wave radar has the ability to sense the subtle movement of hand. However, the traditional hand gesture recognition methods are not robust in the scenario with dynamic interference. To address this issue, a robust hand gesture recognition method is proposed based on the self-attention time-series neural networks. Firstly, the original radar echo is constructed in terms of frame, sequence and channel at the input terminal of network.

Hyperspectral (HS) imaging presents itself as a non-contact, non-ionizing and non-invasive technique, proven to be suitable for medical diagnosis. However, the volume of information contained in these images makes difficult providing the surgeon with information about the boundaries in real-time. To that end, High-Performance-Computing (HPC) platforms become necessary. This paper presents a comparison between the performances provided by five different HPC platforms while processing a spatial-spectral approach to classify HS images, assessing their main benefits and drawbacks.
