Abstract 

The dataset contains short video clips of four shoulder exercises.

  1. Arm flexion and extension
  2. Arm abduction and adduction
  3. Arm lateral and medial rotation
  4. Arm circumduction

 

The videos are labeled as either correct or incorrect.

 

Instructions: 

The videos are divided into four folders according to the type of exercise. In each folder, the videos are categorized as correct or incorrect into further subfolders. The resolution of the videos is 1280x720, and all of them are in .mp4 format.
