A novel two-dimensional (2-D) direction finding method is proposed and verified based on a 4-element time modulated circular array (TMCA). The received signals of four antenna elements are input to the single channel in turns. After the periodical modulation, the azimuth and elevation angles can be estimated simultaneously through analyzing the spectrum characteristic of the received signal. The proposed direction finding method has simple structure and concise signal processing.

Smart farming is the targeted use of phenotyping for the rapid, continuous, and accurate assessment of plant health in the field. Bioimpedance monitoring can play a role in smart farming as a phenotyping method, which is now accessible thanks to recent efforts to commoditize and miniaturize electronics. Here, we demonstrate that bioimpedance measurements reflect the physiological changes in live plant tissue with induced alterations in their environmental conditions.

AIR-RS-DB: A dataset for classifying Spontaneous and Read Speech

 

A set of 1028 audio files generated from 7 mp3 files downloaded from All India Radio. https://newsonair.gov.in/ and converted into wav  and then speaker diarized is  using https://huggingface.co/pyannote/speaker-diarization (pyannote/speaker-diarization@2022072,model) and derive 1028 audio files.

In this article, human fatty liver (HFL) volume is measured using the proposed HFL device. The HFL device consists of nano graphene polyvinyl (NGP) sensor and node MCU microcontroller. The NGP sensor acquires electromagnetic radiations from fatty liver (FL), which arise due to dielectric materials in fat. Continuous monitoring of FL volume through various medical imaging instruments leads to frequent exposure of radiation.

This LTE_RFFI project sets up an LTE device radio frequency fingerprint identification system using deep learning techniques. The LTE uplink signals are collected from ten different LTE devices using a USRP N210 in different locations. The sampling rate of the USRP is 25 MHz. The received signal is resampled to 30.72 MHz in Matlab and is saved in the MAT file form. The corresponding processed signals are included in the dataset. More details about the datasets can be found in the README document.

We discuss the use of multi-rate FIR filters in radio frequency (RF) transient spectroscopy as well as the implementation challenges these multi-rate filters face when used in this application to reduce the sampling rate (decimation) and raise the sampling rate (interpolation). On a Texas Instruments TMS320-C30 DSP processor, all implementation measurements given here were carried out.

An innovative adaptive line enhancer (ALE) structure is presented in this work. The adaptive filter's auto regressive-moving average (ARMA) structure is based on traditional Laguerre orthogonal func­tions. The orthogonal set's poles' frequencies and radii allow for tuning. Higher-order statistics are used to tune these terms in this contribution. Fourth-order cumulants' qualities are used to help with harmonic retrieval of the sinusoids embedded in the input signal.

This paper is a novel digital signal processing software of the advanced conversion of text-to-speech synthesis technology, which has been available as a range of hardware products for more than ten years, to software. It was initially created as a replacement for character cell terminals and telephony applications, but it is now also used to give people who are visually impaired access to information. With a digital formant synthesizer used to mimic the human vocal tract, text-to-speech quality is very high in both understandability and naturalness.
